As Owner of CD Whyte Ridge Pharmacy, Dennis brings a broad range of experience.  Through the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), he has received specialty training in Customized Compounding, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy , Pain Management, Nutrition, Dermatology, and Functional Endocrinology. He is also trained in Pallative Care through the Victoria Hospice Society. Dennis is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, a Diplomat with the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners, and has completed the Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine. He is currently enrolled in the Advanced Functional Medicine Certification Program with the Institute for Functional Medicine and a Masters Program in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine with University of South Florida, school of medicine.

Cindy Yap-Wong, B.Sc. (Pharm.), CCN

Owner, Pharmacist, Certified Clinical Nutritionist

A graduate of University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Pharmacy in 1990, Cindy has a history of community pharmacy practice and is Owner of CD Whyte Ridge Pharmacy along with her husband Dennis. Through the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA), she has received specialty training in Customized Compounding, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy , Nutrition and Dermatology. She has also received certification as Clinical Nutritionist through the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board and continues to advance her education. She is currently completing the Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative & Functional Medicine with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and a Masters degree in Metabolic & Nutritional Medicine with University of South Florida, school of medicine.

Tara Maltman-Just,  B.Sc.Pharm., RPh, ABAAHP, FAARFM

Director, Integrative Clinical Programs

Tara Maltman-Just is a clinical consultant pharmacist and integrative medicine advocate in Winnipeg, Canada.  As Director, Integrative Clinical Programs, Tara brings her passion for patient care and her comprehensive approach to wellness to advance a range of innovative clinical programs.

Tara has completed the Fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine and is board-certified with A4M, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She is currently enrolled in a Masters Degree Program in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and began a Brain Fitness Certification in 2011. With a focus on treating the patient, and not the disease, Tara uses a functional, metabolic approach to integrative medicine to help each of her patients achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle.  Tara enjoys traveling with her husband Harold as well as teaching and learning from her two puppies Calla and Lilly.

Bev Eros, B.Sc. (Pharm.)

Staff Pharmacist

Bev graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Pharmacy in 1979.  Since then, she has worked in community pharmacy practice, joining CD Whyte Ridge in 2005.  Through the Professional Compounding Centers of America, she has received training in Customized Compounding. Bev has also completed training in Advanced Female Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through the ZRT Laboratory Continuing Education Conference.

Susan graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Pharmacy in 2000.  Upon graduation, Susan co-owned and operated her own pharmacy in Calgary, Alberta.  She has continued to gain experience in community pharmacy practice, joining CD Whyte Ridge Pharmacy in the summer of 2010.  Through the Professional Compounding Centers of America, she has received training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
