How do you get started?

STEP ONE – Questionnaire

Please contact us to join our program and get started on completing your Comprehensive Metabolic & Wellness Questionnaire.

STEP TWO – Review

Upon receipt of these completed documents, we will be pleased to review them for you and outline appropriate tests for your consideration.  Many of these tests can be obtained directly from the store for convenient testing at your home.  They are then mailed to the appropriate lab.

STEP THREE – Testing

Upon receipt of your specific test results, we will call you right away to set-up your personal consultation time.

STEP FOUR – Consultation

During your personal consultation, we will further discuss your background and your specific treatment goals.

STEP FIVE – Reports

You will receive your personal Comprehensive Therapeutic Plan. If appropriate, we will prepare a specific report outlining our recommendations for your allied health provider: Doctor, nurse practitioner or other.

And then we will continue to work with you to address your long-term goals for optimal health and wellness.

Testing Collection Instructions

Once you’ve completed Steps 1 and 2 above, you’ll then obtain applicable tests from us to conduct out of the convenience of your own home.
